The Property is conveniently located just east of the Interstate 15 freeway and north of Highway 18 (Happy Trails Highway). A ±1.5-acre fire station site will be located within the community. Includes a Commercial Retail overlay in the northeast corner to benefit from the future High Desert Corridor.
